    Hello, Carabee! I hail from Klamath Falls, in southern Oregon, right on the border of California. It's a land of basin & range, deserts, mountains, active volcanoes, the deepest lake in the US, and one of the longest and shallowest lakes in the US (actually, I'm not sure if that last one is true, but it seems like it should be).
